Shipping policy

Ordering and shipment confirmation:

After you place your order, you will receive two emails from sugartownorganics.com. The first email is a receipt/confirmation which will arrive within minutes of submitting your order. You will also receive a shipping confirmation email once your order is on its way.

What is the shipping cost?

Shipping costs are the fees associated with transporting your products from us to you. These costs are calculated based on the shipping address and weight of package. We intra-regionally using the available shipping mechanism such as Quickpak, DHL, FEDEX, Swiftpac, etc. We choose the most cost effective option. This often means shipping is calculated separately as we are forced to call offices for shipping quotes.

When will my order arrive?

Orders processing time is between 2-5 business days. Shipping times vary from 3 to 5 days depending on shipping method chosen and your location from us. We ship from within St. Kitts. We can ship worldwide this cost can easily surpass your order unfortunately.
Shipping via QuickPak takes 2 – 4 business days.

Shipping via ship can take 1 – 2 weeks

International Shipping – USA

We do ship across the United States from our agent based in Miami. To facilitate this we consolidate orders to Miami which are shipped twice monthly at both the beginning and middle of the month. Orders take 3 days to arrive to Miami from our location here in St. Kitts. Once they arrive in Miami they are then shipped to individual customers. This is the best option we have found so far to reduce shipping from the astronomical amount shipping directly from us in the Caribbean to you stateside. We thus as that you please bear with us as we do our best to work with the system that hampers us Caribbean producers. We will notify you every step of the way.

This brings shipping costs down to between $14.99 – $18.99

Do you offer expedited shipping?

At this time we are only available to offer expedited shipping via FEDEX and DHL to the Caribbean. Please note this option can be costly. All expedited orders should be placed before 4 pm. All expedited orders will be shipped by 10 am the following day.
At this time we are unable to offer free shipping outside of St. Kitts and Nevis.

CUSTOMS FEES

If Customs charges occur please note that you, the buyer, are 100% responsible for the fees. We, the seller, are not responsible for customs charges. Please note that International orders can potentially take up to 4 weeks to arrive after they are shipped since all orders must pass through customs and the time frame that this takes is totally out of our hands.

ORDER ISSUES

If you have any problems with your order (not received, not what you were expecting, etc. ) PLEASE contact us so that we can make it right. We truly want to please our customers and will always try our hardest to resolve any situations that come up.

Please keep in mind that the products you are buying are handmade and 100% natural so they tend to have variations from batch to batch (slight changes in color for example).

Damages: If you receive a damaged item, contact us immediately at sugartownorganics@gmail.com. We will happily replace any damaged items provided they are reported within 48 hours of order delivery.
